Bodegas Campo Viejo

The Bodegas Campo Viejo are located in Logroño. This is a regular customer of Landa Ebanistería for whom we have carried out attractive and eye-catching renovation projects.

This time we carried out two small renovations in the wine cellar. One of the projects consisted in renovating the counter and the shelves in the visitor’s shop.

The other project entailed building a large table for the wine-tasting hall. The table was made of oak, with a diameter of approximately 2 and a half meters and an 8-cm thick table top.

The table required a metal structure to withstand the weight.

As shown in the photographs, the first step was to build the iron metal structure, which was subsequently encased with solid oak boards. The second step was to manufacture the table top in two parts so it could be transported.

The table top consists of oak segments joined by tabs placed around a central circle. The structure consisted of oak boards glued together. The perimeter was finished with a section of curved oak.

The final step in the project consisted in varnishing the structure with a clear-coloured varnish.
